On May 27 a workshop was held aimed to identify the opportunities of Biopol’H for the economic growth around it. The debate was led by LTC Project and attended by over 20 executives from different companies, institutions and business associations who are experts in the various sectors analyzed.
During the workshop several peculiarities of the business were discussed as well as the characteristics of the Consortium Biopol’H and its surroundings. Special attention was paid to the needs required of Biopol’H by the companies and institutions and the importance of developing synergies and attracting more activity. In its last stages more than twenty participants had the chance to contribute their ideas, including the emphasis on initiatives such as the Bioincubator - the incubator of new businesses - or the importance of integrating the area in the strategic planning of the city in order to visualize Biopol'H as the opportunity for the city that really is.
The guidelines of Biopol'H were also clear: Biopol'H wants to emerge as a biomedical model city. For this reason, it is actively involved in innovation, the generation of talent and employment and, in short, the project of bringing together new dynamic business activities around the cluster, which is an advantage, both for each of the members and for the entire organization.
