According to surveys about customer satisfaction in 2009, 95% of users of Homecare Service of Holistic Health Consortium (CSI) have rated their portfolio of services with more than 8 on average.
Homecare Service of Holistic Health Consortium has passed the surveys of satisfaction with a good mark, carried out to its employees in all areas in which they conduct their activities, improving the results obtained in 2008. For instance, family workers have obtained a grade of 9.07 (in 2008 it was 8.57), the Home Service Assistant 8.88 points (in 2008 it obtained 8.60), the Meals on Wheels home service 7.63 (7.26 last year) and Meals on Wheels to cultural centers 8.71 (this grade did not change).
In addition, CSI has won ESADE’s award ‘Centros de la Marca’ in the category of nonprofit organizations, and it was a finalist in the Inforpress Awards for best practices in internal communication.
