Talent promotion and the stimulation of scientific vocation among young people is one of Biopol’H’s spheres of action and objectives. A clear demonstration of this is the signature of the collaboration agreement between Biopol’H and the educational centre Joan XXIII, aimed for students of a training programme of this centre to be professionally integrated into the healthcare sector.

The academic course starting in September has included some variation in the superior grade formative course of Computer Science: they have enriched the contents in order to have the students graduated as specialists in Health Computer Science. The program is very connected with the hospital and it allows students to do their internship in the different institutions of Biopol’H.

The agreement signed by both entities also contemplates the collaboration and participation of the professionals of Biopol’H in designing and giving classes as the different formative offers are concerned. With respect to these goals, a new programme of Health Administrative Assistant is being carried out, which will adapt the generic contents to the specific needs of healthcare sector.

Joan XXIII is a private centre in which the following studies are given: Pre-school and Primary education, Compulsory Secondary Education, High School Diploma, Medium and Superior Grade vocational training, admission test preparation for superior courses, initial Professional Qualification Programmes, Occupational Training and continuous formation courses. The mission of this centre is the promotion of an innovative, committed and personalised training, complying with the social promotion criteria and quality – principles that are in keeping with the essence of Biopol’H.
