A delegation of Biopol’H - which was attended by the General Manager, Ramon López – moved to the headquarters of Legal Medicine at the City of Justice in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat to visit the infrastructure and so start sketching the lines of work on the basis of the agreement that was signed last April. Therefore, the members of Biopol’H could check on the modern, advanced and safe facilities in the IMLC (Catalan Institute of Legal Medicine), intended to be a reference centre in Catalonia and which are among the best of Europe.

On the other hand, they seized the understanding of the situation to bring up possible ways to carry out the realization of the agreement and see what the requirements of both institutions were. The proposed ideas were to refer to the areas of financing, training and research and they are expected to turn into more specific agreements like the possibility of joint projects and studies in the area of ​​scientific research, make better use of common resources or have programmes of training or internship for students and professionals.
