The European Test for students of the first year of the Master degree in Oral Laser applications (EMDOLA) was held on December 10th and 11th within the framework of Biopol’H / University of Barcelona. This course is committed to give students a theoretical and practical training to apply the different types of laser in oral surgery and other dental specialties.
During these two days students were examined by the European court, which had the participation of teachers Dr Leonardo Berini and Dr Eduard Valmaseda from the University of Barcelona, and Dr Mario Trelles, head of SELMQ the Spanish Medical and Surgical Laser Society (Sociedad Española de Láser Médico-Quirúrgico).
The first edition of the master degree at the University of Liege will close next March in a ceremony organized by the European Union.
The Spanish section is headed by Dr Antoni España and Dr Josep Arnabat.
