The Catalan Health Service (CatSalut) has appointed Joaquin Serrahima Chairman of the Governing Council of the Comprehensive Health Consortium (CSI) and Carles Constante will be the vice president, replacing Núria Marín and Antonio Poveda, who had respectively occupied these positions up to now.
According to the statutes of CSI, CatSalut is the who is to designate these positions to members making up the Governing Council.

Its members are the Red Cross, CatSalut, the Regional Council of Baix Llobregat and the city councils of L'Hospitalet and Sant Joan Despí.
