On October 28 Consortium Biopol’H will hold a conference at Bioincubator I, where the expansion works to build the second floor have been already completed. The same day, before the public opening at 3 pm, there will be a technical seminar consisting of three presentations on the projects which are under way in the bioincubator right now - the Hypobaric Chamber and the Barcino Project - and also on the new projects that will take place in a near future.
Bioincubator I is a modular building which is going to provide space and services for the implementation of newly established companies. What will be placed at user's disposal are 30 up to 60 m² spaces, voice and data services and the shared use of laboratory instruments and animal house. Moreover, being located at Bellvitge Campus allows companies to be close to welfare and research groups.
Marina Geli, Minister of Health, and Nuria Marín, mayoress of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, will be the ones in charge of closing the technical symposium.
