Víctor Gómez - current Head of Strategic Projects at the University of Barcelona, where he has developed the HUBc project, among others, which is applying for the Campus of International Excellence - has been appointed new manager of the UB October 1st.
Víctor Gómez, graduate at UB with over 23 years of experience in college, has carried out his work in recent years in Bellvitge Health Sciences Campus, of which he had been the administrator (1989-1994). Later, he was assistant manager of the Experimental Sciences and Mathematics Divison (1994-2001). From 2001 to 2005 he was manager of the Barcelona Scientific Park and director of the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona).
