The Study Centre The Castle ‘English for Specific Purposes’ will include video conferencing as one of the services offered by the Bioincubator I of Biopol’H. This innovative service is aimed at small groups of four people or individual tutorials and will make distance learning possible for professionals in biomedical companies, so this service will be accessible for anyone that could not attend standard classes because of time incompatibilities.
This new service will be part of the current offer at the language centre, which ranges from General English classes – either individual or in group – to lessons focused on the specific student’s needs. Moreover, they will also take special classes to prepare presentations, writing and review of papers and translations.
The Study Centre The Castle joined the Bioincubator in 2010 to provide training services for the professionals and students of Biopol’H and the Campus of the University of Barcelona associated to the Bellvitge University Hospital.
